SYDNEY BEACHES - A WALK FROM COOGEE TO BONDI

These are some pictures of last week, when I walked from Coogee beach to Bondi beach. A little further than I expected but more than worth it. I think it's incredible how such a big city can have such a beautiful beaches. They give me the ultimate holiday feeling, even though I started an internship last week. At the moment, I'm looking for an apartment (that I will share with Michelle) in the city and of course a paid job. So I guess I'll be spending some more time here, more pictures soon!

ROYAL NATIONAL PARK - SYDNEY

Oops, it's been a while. I moved to Sydney one week ago, where I'm staying at the moment. I liked it from the first moment: nice beaches, another heatwave and lots of waves and surfers. I visited the royal national park and a wild life park to do some animal spotting. But I thought it was time to do something useful, so this monday I started to work as an intern at a personal branding consultancy in the city! The next step is to find a payed job as well. But first, I have to do some city exploring :-)

BYEBYE MELBOURNE

Last blog update from Melbourne for now! We're still enjoying every minute we spent in this city, but let's be honest, it's time for something new. We stopped renting our apartment and started to have goodbye dinners (just another good reason to enjoy the good food here ha!). I'm flying to Sydney on Tuesday and Joke is going to Tasmania. In a couple of weeks we'll meet up again, to go to the Laneway festival and take a road trip to the great ocean road. We're both pretty excited, more updates soon!

MELBOURNE'S BOTANICAL GARDENS

This post is for my lovely parents and their love for nature and plants. They like to make walks and doing research about the birds and plants they see while walking, and I used to act like I didn't care at all, because that's what teenagers do, but I have to admit now I'm a little older, they were right, it's all pretty impressive. Joke and I went for a walk in the botanical gardens yesterday. We became real plant & bird watchers while walking through the park. The golden sunlight made everything even prettier so I couldn't help myself from taking hundreds of pictures... oops... here's a small selection:
